Southwest Launches Network for Productivity Enhancers. Is That Legal?

Sports season is currently focused on basketball right now, and that's all fine and dandy, but there's also that undulating news of Roger Clemens and a bunch of other athletes being thrust into the spotlight for dealing illegal substances in some form or another. Perhaps you've caught wind of the new Southwest Airline commercials featuring Nick, and his ongoing fight against the media, defending himself against the accusations that he's not using productivity enhancers--he's just using Southwest.

In case you ever felt the need to liken flying for business purposes to illegal drug use, now's your time to make bank on it. And given that it's conference season in the business world, what better time to push marketing efforts even further with the creation of a network just for Nick and other businessmen (and women) that use Southwest Airlines in lieu of drugs.
