Mike Wilson wanted to make his son Jayden's birthday extra special this year, so he surprised him by jumping off the roof in full Spider-Man attire and hung out with him on his special day.
Just over a year ago, Jayden, who is now 5-years-old, was diagnosed with a terminal brain tumor and is expected to have only one year to live. If that wasn't enough heartbreak, Jayden's most recent MRI scan showed that his tumor had increased significantly.

"Today he is still with us fighting it all the way, but at least he has Spider-Man to take care of him," Jayden's father writes in the YouTube video description.
