Squirrel Storms Field, Gets Nabbed by Baseball Player

We're not sure if he drew inspiration from this soccer fan, or perhaps this one, but a squirrel has entered the pantheon of historic sports-field rushers.

The rebellious rodent made his move during a recent college baseball game between Kansas and Wichita State, scurrying around the infield until Wichita player Tyler Baker scooped him up in, of all things, a batting helmet, then carried him off the field to raucous applause.
