These socks are a little more Jar Jar than Death Star on the Star Wars merch coolness scale.
Reddit user AC5L4T3R purchased a pair of stormtrooper socks and found that things weren't quite as they seemed once he put them on.

Upon inspection from above, the Star Wars fan discovered that upside down, the stormtroopers have some seriously goofy faces.
It turns out that this particular sock enthusiast isn't the only one to notice the secret face in the stormtrooper helmet. Several other people have tweeted photos of the stormtrooper socks as well.
