SAN DIEGO -- The biggest-deal panel of Comic-Con, on Star Wars: The Force Awakens, was short on new footage or a new trailer, but it was full of surprises.
Harrison Ford took the stage for the first time. Adam Driver was officially confirmed as the movie's new villain, Kylo Ren. Simon Pegg, it turns out, is playing a creature in the film. And the entire hall was invited to an exclusive Star Wars concert after the panel.
But perhaps nothing was more surprising, or emotionally resonant, than this behind-the-scenes video above -- which Lucasfilm released to the world immediately afterwards.
