After waiting in line and shouting your order, your name is called and a nice cup of coffee falls into your hands -- this may be the best part of your day.

Until you realize that they spelled your name wrong. And not just a letter or two off from the common spelling, they completely obliterated it, decimating your precious branding into nothing more than phonetics.
