CBS wouldn't let Colbert show this $170 million painting uncensored

Stephen Colbert is pushing the limits of late night comedy to the furthest possible point. That is to say that he is showing a photograph of the statue of David from a distance for two whole seconds.

When the host learned that he would not be able to show an uncensored image of Modigliani's masterpiece painting "Nu Couché" -- it was recently purchased for $170.4 million -- he decided to test the limits on what CBS considered art.
