For the love of retail, stop the madness.

Black Friday is the epitome of American capitalism: Overstuffed and overzealous people crowd into strip malls and big-box store parking lots, so they can bum-rush their way down the aisles to pick up a camera for 50% off.

It's gross, dangerous and frankly, we're still angry that one lady last year kicked us so hard that we never got the GoPro we wanted.

Because New Yorkers are the most cynical in all the land, Mashable took to the streets to get their extra-bitter thoughts on Black Friday, and how we can finally put an end to it all.
