Stuffed > plain. Every time. Just think of plain crust versus stuffed crust or a plain doughnut versus a Cronut. Stuffed always wins.

In case you need any more convincing, take a look at these stuffed foods. Just bring a napkin, because you will be drooling in 3...2...1.

1. Baked stuffed flank steak

Is there anything better than medium rare steak rolled and stuffed with gooey mozzarella cheese, sundried tomatoes and spinach? No. The answer to that question is no. It's even good cold the next day — not that you're going to have any leftovers.

2. Cheeseburger ravioli burger

Simple meat stuffed ravioli is so 2014. This ultimate ravioli features a seared beef patty inside of an American and ricotta cheese-filled ravioli wrapper. The gargantuan pasta is then boiled al dente and served on a crusty roll with plenty of tomato sauce. It's everything you ever dreamed when you were hungover last weekend.

3. Cookie dough stuffed cookies

We need warm, crispy cookies. We also need soft, gooey cookie dough. Not want...need. Enter: cookie dough-stuffed cookies (the dough is egg-free, so there's no chance of contamination by raw eggs).

4. Ice cream-stuffed cupcakes

It must have been illegal to make these until this very second. That's the only explanation for why ice-cream stuffed cupcakes aren't being made in kitchens across the globe. Let's change that.

5. Baked pumpkin soup

It's a food. It's a serving vessel. It's an easy way to make you feel like Martha Stewart without the extra work. Stuff it with bread, vegetables and protein if you like, then bake it until the pumpkin flesh is sweet and soft enough to scoop with your spoon.

6. Beet and pomegranate stuffed challah

Shabbos never looked so good. Traditional challah gets an infusion of sweet fuchsia syrup that takes it from your family's dining room table to an elegant hostess gift. If, that is, you can stop yourself from slathering it with butter and eating it standing up in your kitchen as soon as it comes out of the oven.
