Kuli the one-eyed rescue cat is living your dream life out in Honolulu, Hawaii, where he surfs and swims alongside his human friends.

The tiny surf pro has been catching tiny, manageable waves for about a year, owners Alexandra Gomez and Krista Littleton tell The Daily Mail. Though Kuli initially started his surfing career on a longboard, he has since graduated to a boogie board on which he can grip his nails.

Gomez and Littleton adopted Kuli when he was just 3-months old, and weighed only a pound. Soon after, he underwent surgery to remove an infected eye. His owners attribute his comfort in water to his recovery process, which required frequent bathing.

Though Kuli no longer requires a life-vest each time he swims, his owners remain cautious when taking him out to the beach, and don't allow him to swim when the conditions are too rough.
