Master sushi chef turns a Big Mac into a gorgeous roll

Sushi tends to fall on the high-brow (read: expensive) end of the food spectrum. But not if you're Chef Hiroyuki Terada, who can make a sushi roll out of pretty much anything.

And, yes, that includes the Big Mac.

In "Will it Sushi?" Terada turns the humble McDonald's Big Mac into something else entirely, thanks to slices of tomato and avocado, drizzles of barbecue sauce and spicy mayo and small snips of microgreens.

Now that's a Big Mac we might actually eat.
