The kangaroo is an unmissable part of being in Australia, but two stars are giving the animal plenty of attention.

Looks like best friends forever Taylor Swift and Blake Lively can't seem to stop taking selfies with kangaroos while in the country, proved by their Instagram posts of late.

Selfie game was strong ...until I got photobombed by some crazy fan. Where's security when you need it. the cat's for you @taylorswift ) A photo posted by Blake Lively (@blakelively) on Dec 7, 2015 at 12:40am PST

Blake Lively took a swift selfie of this kangaroo, uploaded to her Instagram on Monday, interrupted by Taylor -- who couldn't help but pull a face in the background.

Perhaps it's because Swift got her own photo while hanging out with kangaroos on the weekend, inspiring a bit of "me too" from Lively.

I didn't know 'kangaroo selfies' were a thing. But they are and this is one. A photo posted by Taylor Swift (@taylorswift) on Dec 5, 2015 at 9:14pm PST

The pair appear to be having the best time ever while Down Under, with Swift spending her day off on Sunday enjoying rollercoasters alongside Lively at the Warner Bros. Movie World theme park on the Gold Coast.

Taylor Swift is in Australia as part of her 1989 World Tour, where she'll perform in Adelaide on Tuesday, then Melbourne from Wednesday.
