As part of its "Find the Elf Twitter Contest," T-Mobile USA is giving away a Samsung Galaxy S II to the second customer at each of its stores this morning.
From what we can put together, entrants must still enter the contest according to the official rules, which requires sending a public tweet in the presence of the Elf. The tweet must contain the following information:
