This elementary school talent show made a big splash.

Students at W. A. Porter Elementary School in Hurst, Texas performed in their school's talent show this year, but they switched it up this time. Instead of performing your boring, basic talent routines like guitar playing or song singing, they decided to perform a synchronized swimming routine -- with no pool.

Just like air guitar, "air swimming" involves a lot of miming. They had helpers put a blue tarp up to suspend the audience's disbelief even further. They then performed a swimming routine of such complexity, it would even make Esther Williams jealous.

The next time you enter a talent show, consider the art of miming. You may just end up on YouTube.
