For years, Taylor Swift has justified her claim to the award-show dancing throne. She is the queen of the awkward chair dance, the champion of the impromptu audience body roll, the ruler of the camera-pan hair flip.

But it has now been confirmed that Taylor doesn't dance for the public. She does it for her soul.

A 1989 tour attendee captured Swift backstage at her Detroit show, dropping it like it's hot, giving zero f*cks, as a pre-show ritual.
