Just when you though Taylor Swift had exhausted the roster of Top 40 artists, John Legend turned up last night at the 1989 World Tour for a surprise performance.

During her fourth show at Los Angeles's Staples Center on Tuesday, Swift brought out Legend for a duet on "All of Me." Naturally, Swift wore a shimmering gold ball gown for the occasion, as one does when Legend graces you with his presence.

Night 4 and @johnlegend showed up! Everyone sang along and it was perfect. Thank you #1989TourLA pic.twitter.com/43JvWMov0r— Taylor Nation (@taylornation13) August 26, 2015

But because this is Taylor we're talking about, the surprises didn't stop there.

Swift also brought out Grammy-winning, Beyhive-angering artist Beck to perform his song "Dreams," while badass St. Vincent soloed on guitar alongside them.

For those who helped "Who Is Beck" trend at this year's Grammy Awards, consider this your entry point to his music.
