When Australian Swiftie Jorja Hope found out she would eventually lose her hearing, she was heartbroken knowing she would no longer be able to hear Taylor Swift's music one day.

But, with the help of her twin sister, Jorja got the opportunity to hear Swift sing live and even met her idol.

Jorja was diagnosed with a condition that causes progressive inner-ear hearing loss when she was 12 years old, according to Maitland and Mercury.

Her twin sister, Chloe, sprung into action, creating a Facebook group called Help Jorja Meet Taylor Swift in Sydney, hoping to catch Swift's attention. According to the page, Jorja has no idea when she will lose her hearing, and it could be as early as next year.

The plan worked, and Chloe and Jorja made the trip to Sydney for the show at the at ANZ Stadium on Saturday night from their home in Maitland.

Jorja and her mom were escorted to meet Swift after the show, and brought the singer a pair of Ugg boots as a gift according to Maitland and Mercury.

Jorja was very impressed by the pop star's stature, "I didn't expect her to be as tall as she was."
