In the mashup, Swift sings about the fragility of relationships, using lyrics about romantic Polaroid pictures, a boyfriend's paper-plane necklace and the aftermath of a car crash.
"Out of the Woods" is from Swift's upcoming pop album, 1989, which debuts Oct. 27.
