LOS ANGELES -- You may kiss the bear. But first you're going to have to prove in a court of law that he's human.

That's the gist of Ted 2, Universal's follow-up to the $550 million global comedy hit. The sequel comes out this summer, and is apparently putting an all-new, non-serious twist on the marriage-equality debate.

Since this is a Seth MacFarlane caper, being a stuffed teddy bear doesn't exempt Ted from biological humor -- all manner of which is on display in the first trailer for Ted 2, which is due in theaters on June 26.

You might want to wait until after lunch to watch this one.
