Nothing goes better together than bacon and guns -- at least for presidential hopeful Sen. Ted Cruz.
In a new video for the website IJReview, Cruz, a Republican from Texas, wraps a piece of bacon around the muzzle of a gun before taking part in target practice at a shooting range.
"In Texas, we cook bacon a little differently than most folks," Cruz says, before letting loose on the target. At the end of the clip, Cruz is seen munching away on a crispy piece of bacon. (FYI: The gun is actually a semi-automatic, not a machine gun.)
