It only took 30 minutes for the Republican presidential debate to sound like a scene from Mean Girls.
"You have no friends," GOP presidential frontrunner Donald Trump told Texas Sen. Ted Cruz, as the two tangled over immigration. "I have a lot of friends."
This is truly high-school level stuff.

To back up these schoolyard shenanigans, Trump reminded Cruz that he has no endorsements from fellow senators.
In fairness, Cruz is famously unlikeable. Google "Ted Cruz unlikeable" and legions of articles pop up.
Supreme Court clerks don't like him. The GOP leadership really doesn't like him.
