Finally, a purpose for that gigantic teddy bear your ex gave you last Valentine's Day.

A trend has recently sprung up around the Internet where people are taking the stuffing out of giant teddy bears and dancing around in the 'skins'.

What a time to be alive.

It's unclear how this phenomenon began, but it's picking up speed on Twitter. It's reassuring to know that giant teddy bears have a use besides snuggling you -- single and alone -- to sleep.

Plus, upcycling these repurposed bear outfits makes them super sustainable for Earth-conscious teddy bear enthusiasts and furries alike.

This may be one of the strangest things we've ever seen, but damn does it look comfy and fun all at once. Plus, cutting open and stepping into the disemboweled skin of a stuffed bear is pretty metal.
