Blake Pyron, a 19-year-old with Down syndrome, is set to open a snow cone shop in Sanger, Texas, becoming the youngest business owner in the city.

Officials are expected to approve the project on Feb. 1, the day Blake turns 20.

The teenager promises that the Snow Shack will serve all kinds of flavors -- from regulars such as raspberry and orange to more unusual options such as "wedding cake" and something called "tiger's blood."

Blake will officially be the co-owner of the shop along with his parents, and he plans to hire his 15-year-old neighbor to help out.

Blake's mom, Mary Ann, told a local TV station that doctors weren't sure her son would ever be able to walk or talk after he was born. Yet Blake has been both prom king and football team captain. He also worked at a barbecue restaurant in Sanger, which is what inspired him to open his own business.

The Snow Shack is expected to open on May 7, just in time for summer.
