Cookie Monster's latest quest for cookies takes him down the yellow brick road.
Cookie puts on pigtails to play the role of Dorothy in a Wizard of Oz-inspired parody, but she never loved cookies like the furry blue monster. He sets off to find the mythical "cookie of oz," which requires both help from the good witch "Glindagestion" and his own memory.
The end even includes a cookie-inspired twist.
