Warner Bros. released the first trailer for The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies, and it asks one crucial question: "Will you follow me, one last time?"

Despite hosting a panel during Comic-Con, Warner Bros. waited to release the trailer for the third installment of Peter Jackson's The Hobbit trilogy until Monday. In the teaser, we see that Bilbo (Martin Freeman), Gandalf (Ian McKellan) and other Middle Earth characters are far from peacetime, despite reclaiming their homeland from the Dragon Smaug in last year's film.

And in a classic Lord of the Rings callback, the trailer is scored by Pippin's song "Edge of the Night."

The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies hits theaters on Dec. 17.
