Jammie Thomas, who was found guilty in the RIAA's lawsuit that was brought against her for willful intent to distribute copyrighted material, has decided to appeal the verdict. The case will be based on whether or not it can be proved that Jammie's content, which was made available online for download, was actually shared with another person other than the user that owned the licensed content.
