Toddlers may be tiny, but they can pack quite the high-pitched squeal, loud enough to ruin anyone's quiet evening.
Recognizing that their child's intense yell may upset their neighbors, one couple decided to offer some handy earplugs to their neighbors in their apartment's common space.

You may of [sic] heard our little angel below in recent nights ... We appologise [sic] for the high pitch screams, and ensure (assure) you everything is (kinda) under control, and wish to offer you the below earplugs to return to a good night's sleep.
Of course this isn't the first time that considerate parents have passed out ear plugs to helpless people in vicinity of thier loud children. They tend do it quite frequently on planes.
