Thumbalizr Takes Screen Shots from a URL

Thumbalizr is an image tool that lets you take screen shots of web pages and offers up several dimension options for you to download your image. Just enter in the URL of the web page you'd like a screen shot for, and hit "go."

There are options to take a shot of an entire page, or just the current screen. The good thing about this tool is that you won't get the erroneous information from typical print screen functions on your computer, like your browser toolbar, and all the applications you have open that display at the bottom of your screen. This minimizes the need for cropping images, making it a good tool for bloggers, especially if it could be integrated with mobile blogging.

Unfortunately, the service does not work very quickly, and has only worked for two of the 20 websites I tried out with the service. Thumbalizr also has an API available, if you'd like to offer this service through your own website. EasyCrop is another simplistic, imaging tool that has recently launched.
