'Time' Millennial Cover Gets Totes Brilliant Photoshop Treatment

Time's most recent cover story has struck a nerve with 20-somethings. The cover devoted to "Millennials" depicts a teenage girl snapping a selfie, and brands the group of individuals born between 1980 and 2000 as "entitled narcissists."

The accompanying story, written by Joel Stein, goes on to claim that while Millennials may have a bad rep for being self-obsessed, social-media addicts, they are really the world's saviors. Despite the somewhat positive conclusion the story draws, the topic is receiving backlash for its overt generalizations.

The new Tumblr "Time Millennials" is answering back with some Photoshop humor, asking people to edit Time's cover to more honestly reflect, well, anything. The hilarious results include many other awkward selfies, GIFs and, of course, cats. Now that sounds more like Millennials if you ask us.
