Tina Fey's latest comedy is taking her out of 30 Rock and into Kabul.

The actress stars in Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, an adaptation of reporter Kim Barker's book, The Taliban Shuffle -- a comic tale about her experience working in Afghanistan and Pakistan. Funnily enough, a 2011 New York Times review of the book says that Barker depicts herself as "a sort of Tina Fey character." It's all coming full circle.

Written by 30 Rock showrunner and Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt co-creator Robert Carlock, and directed by Glenn Ficarra and John Requa, the film also stars Billy Bob Thornton, Alfred Molina and Margot Robbie.

Whiskey Tango Foxtrot will hit theaters on March 4, 2016.
