Peckham: Not just famous for Only Fools and Horses and a bar in a car park anymore.

It will henceforth be known as the place that a Taj Mahal made of toast was discovered on the pavement.

Who put it there -- and why -- is a mystery.

"As far as I'm aware, no one knows who made it yet," Tom McKenzie, who discovered and duly tweeted the carb creation at the end of Queens Road in the south London district, told Mashable. He said it vanished within 48 hours and he's never seen anything like it before. Perhaps he never will again.

Nevertheless, it certainly rivals a grilled cheese Jesus.
