A Heroic 2-Year-Old Saves Mom From Dog Attack Using FaceTime

Next time you worry about how much time your kid is spending in front of the screen, remember that having a tech-savvy toddler just might come in handy. When Laura Toone was attacked by her foster dog last week, her 2-year-old son Bentley sprung into action to save his mom by calling a family friend using FaceTime.

"I begged my daughters to call 911 and they're 4, and they were quite afraid to even touch the phone because it was covered in my own blood," Laura Toone told ABC News. "Here comes my son from the kitchen bringing me our dish towel."

Not only was this precocious tike able to tend to his mom's injuries and call for help, he even waited for the ambulance to arrive and let in the emergency responders. Pretty good for a kid who's barely out of diapers.
