For example, here's something they call the bubble browser that displays members and how they all connect to one another as well as to all of the categories that they've written stories about. It's a visual map of users and all of the things that they consider important:

Members can also start Hubs, which are collaborative collections of stories connected by a central theme or subject. Each member contributes their own story to add to the Hub and comments on those already submitted.

Yet another interesting feature found on the site is called Collections, which are like playlists created by members centered around a particular subject, much like the Hubs feature. The difference being the fact that only the creator of the collection can add or remove stories unlike the Hub, which any member can contribute to on their own.

Members can earn tokens whenever other members like one of their stories. They range from simple "thanks for sharing" all the way to "that's amazing!" Stories can also be marked as favorites and added to collections so there are many ways to express how you feel about the stories you read on the site.
