Tony Hawk Instagrams Sweet Revenge After Airport Diss

Skateboarding legend Tony Hawk is instantly recognizable to the average teen or twenty-something, but he doesn't look like a typical celebrity. No fancy clothes. No "look at me" haircut. Not covered in tattoos.

So we suppose it's fairly understandable that a woman aboard the same flight as Hawk didn't know who he was -- but there's never an excuse for being rude, right?

Hawk was apparently about to board a flight this weekend when a pushy patron gave him no respect after thinking he didn't fit the first-class "profile." That's annoying, to be sure. But sometimes when you're a celebrity or sports star, the universe conspires for sweet retribution in ways that just aren't possible for us common folk.

We'll let Hawk's Sunday afternoon Instagram explain. The caption reads, "Woman seated in front of me rudely cut me off while boarding because she assumed I wasn't in first class. Then she watched me in Parental Guidance. #paybacksbitchy." Here's the shot:

The post became a hit with fans online, gaining more than 35,000 likes and making a longterm residence on the front page of the JusticePorn subreddit.
