There's really nothing quite like the warm sound of a fresh tortilla record.

It appears that a man has successfully turned an uncooked tortilla into a playable record using a laser cutter. Surprisingly, it actually sounds better than you'd expect.

After some testing, the creator of the record, Redditor UpgradeTech, decided to use an uncooked flour tortilla, because cooked tortillas tend to shred a bit and corn tortillas are too lumpy.

In an Instructables post, UpgradeTech explained the whole process of making his edible record. The tortilla aficionado is still on the hunt for a 12-inch record so that he could create a full size version, instead of the 7-inch 78 rpm record in the video.
