Twenty-five years ago SPY Magazine Editor Graydon Carter began referring to Donald Trump as a "short-fingered vulgarian." Flash forward to the 2016 Republican presidential primaries and interest in the size of Trump's hands has grown. Now a group out of Portland has formed the "Donald Trump Has Tiny Hands PAC." Mashable went to Portland to speak with the treasurer of the committee Henry Kraemer.
