GOP presidential front runner Donald Trump has given the American people plenty of reasons to dislike him.
He's called other GOP candidates dumb, disparaged Arizona Sen. John McCain for being captured during the Vietnam War and recently insinuated that Fox News Anchor Megyn Kelly needled him during the first presidential debate because she had "blood coming out of her wherever."
