On the heels of Tumblr's password-security issue, the micro-blogging website fired off a double-dashboard update Thursday, which re-introduced activity feeds and launched a new way to view notes.
"First, the new Activity page lets you graph the latest activity on your blog, view your top fans and posts, and see all of your recent notifications," Product Engineer Bill Eager wrote in a blog post. "Second, a new way to see notes that’s faster (endless scrolling!) and highlights likes/reblogs/replies from people you follow!"

Long time Tumblr users may remember the old activity feed, the much-maligned Tumblarity feature. Introduced in 2009 and discontinued about six months later, Tumblarity was both a personal and global stats page, sharing not only activity related to a specific blog but also what blogs were most popular across the network.
Users liked the personal stats but disliked the attempt to gamify the dashboard. The new feature focuses just on a user's personal stats on a per-blog basis.
