Digital wanderlust is a huge part of the Tumblr community, and as a part of their 2014 Year in Review, the microblogging website released the most reblogged cities of the year.
Unsurprisingly, New York City topped Tumblr's list, beating last year's favorite Tokyo, as well as other popular destinations like Paris and London. We might have to thank (or blame) Taylor Swift and her recently confessed love affair with the city for New York's high ranking.

Among the picturesque destinations on Tumblr's list is Praia, Cape Verde. However, a quick glance through its search results reveals that most people are tagging "praia" in their posts because it translates to "beach" in Portuguese.
The list's big loser is Boston, which ranked eleventh.
