The site's Daily Sports Watchlist includes a roster of all the games playing on a particular day, even high school games (you can narrow down the list by zip code and your television service provider). Christy Tanner, executive vice president and general manager of TV Guide Digital, says no one had provided such a list before. ESPN, for instance, doesn't promote games on Fox Sports and vice versa. To get a look at the new site, see the image below.

TVGuide.com is kicking off the new service with a special NCAA Tournament Section for fans who want to follow the basketball tourney.

In October, TVGuide.com began offering on its site an "I'll Watch" button, which let users inform Facebook friends which TV shows they planned to watch. Tanner says that there have been 2 million checkins since that time and now they're happening at a rate of 16,000 a day.

TVGuide.com's is the latest attempt to combine social media and sports. The NBA tried something along the same lines in October with NBA Turnstile, a mobile checkin service using Foursquare and Gowalla.
