Tweleted is a simple service created by Tom Scott that recovers deleted tweets by comparing a person's Twitter history to Twitter Search. It then uses that comparison to find the ones that are missing. Just type in a Twitter username and deleted tweets from the past 1000 tweets or so will appear.
A cool (and possibly useless) feature is Tweleted's Good and Evil Mode. Clicking on the text at the top of the page switches the interface between two designs: the good design, complete with fluffy clouds, and the evil design, which fills the screen with fire and brimstone and changes the purpose of Tweleted to "instant drama generator."
Tweleted is simple and effective for anybody who wants to find deleted tweets of the past...or wants to stir up some drama. Discover long lost tweets, or find Mark Zuckerberg's deleted tweets (below). Whether you use Tweleted for good or evil is entirely up to you.
Tweleted does, however, draw attention to one of Twitter's biggest flaws: deleting a Tweet on Twitter should also remove that Tweet from Twitter Search, don't you think?
