On November 16 at 6:00 PM PT, MySpace will stream the red carpet arrivals for the film's world premiere. The program will feature interviews with celebrities and stars from the film. Anya Martina, an artist featured on the "New Moon" soundtrack will co-host the broadcast alongside the winner of the MySpace Red Carpet Correspondent Contest.
Officially in theaters on Friday, November 20, "The Twilight Saga: New Moon" is one of the most anticipated films of the year. The first trailer was viewed over 7.8 million times on MySpace alone and the trailer and TV spots for the film continue to dominate the online video charts.
Although Summit Entertainment's official social media campaign has been pretty sparse (the film didn't have an official Twitter account until October), the word-of-mouth campaign driven by the film and book series' many fans has continued to drive discussion and promotion.
