RICHMOND, Virginia -- There are many unsolved mysteries from Twin Peaks that, for 25 years, have left fans desperate for more, or at least an explanation.

Did Shelly say yes? Did Lucy have a boy or girl? What the hell happened to the log lady? All of these things we still don't have answers to. However, there are a few behind-the-scenes secrets fans can appreciate until the fate of Season 3 at Showtime is decided.

Mashable attended The Great Southern, a Twin Peaks festival in Richmond, Virginia. We caught up with Kimmy Robertson (Lucy Moran), Charlotte Stewart (Betty Briggs) and Brad Dukes, who chronicled memories and behind-the-scenes moments from the cast and crew in his book Reflections: An Oral History of Twin Peaks.

From working with David Lynch to little Easter eggs in the show, the three had a lot to say about the fictional Washington town.
