Quick Pitch: TwitDoc.com is the easy way to share your documents on twitter.

Genius Idea: File sharing on Twitter is no longer a novelty. Most recently FileTwt made its mark as a niche Twitter service, but TwitDoc brings with it a powerful punch for micro file sharing, and an Adobe AIR desktop client for drag and drop file uploads.

File uploads from the web to Twitter work as expected. You enter your Twitter username and password, select a file, add tweet text, and then click upload to store your file in the cloud and share via Twitter. TwitDoc, which uses Scribd for file hosting, will then auto-tweet on your behalf with a link to your file.

The desktop application functions exactly in the same matter, though it also supports drag and drop and file-less tweets as well.

We think the utility of the desktop client is neat, but we'd rather see TwitDoc integrated into our already beloved and robust Twitter clients. Of course that's certainly possible, since TwitDoc has an API that developers can use, so we hope to these integrations happen in the future.

Even though we'd also like to see person-to-person file sharing, we think TwitDoc to be a great way for one to many Twitter file sharing.
