At virtually the same time an entrepreneur came up with the idea of toilet paper featuring your tweets, another has found another new way to display Twitter updates: via a device resembling an antique stock ticker machine.
Adam Vaughan, the creator of the device, explains on twittertape.co.uk that the Twittertape Machine is a prototype and not for sale yet. The machine requires an Ethernet connection (a later version will work with Wi-Fi), but no computer and no ink. Once in operation, the Twittertape Machine spits out your stream of tweets plus mentions every 30 seconds.
Vaughan told Mashable that he's exploring his options about getting the device onto shelves: "I'm determined not to rest until there's a Twittertape Machine on every desk."
