The site looks good and offers the usual Digg-like features: the front page, the upcoming page, live view, tag cloud, top users, and the ability to create groups. The content descriptions are written by the submitter, usually providing more info than the actual tweets. Besides voting and commenting on the links, you can also tweet them directly from the site.

Now, I'm guessing that many Twitter users will be interested in finding cool tweets or having their tweets voted on and ranked highly. That's the good part of the idea. From the perspective of bringing you interesting content, well, the site just adds an extra layer - the tweets - between the reader and the actual content. Since individual tweets themselves usually have little value, and they're mostly just links to other stuff, why not just link to the original content directly, then?

It'll definitely be interesting to see which part of the idea will prevail; if the Twitter crowd loves the service, which is possible, it might go somewhere. If they don't, I doubt that anyone else will.
