Everyone has a boss, in one way or another -- even those of us who are bosses. (If you are a boss without a boss, please look away.)
Like snowflakes, all bosses are different. Each has their own method of management, interaction and delegating tasks at work. Also like snowflakes, many of these differences are so minute that the untrained eye can hardly tell the difference, so let's just call a spade a spade, OK?
