This is an ad for the Rugby World Cup, which gets underway later this month in England (correction: later this month next year; duh). But that's not the important thing here.

No, the important thing is: Tywin Lannister! Or the actor who plays him in Game of Thrones, anyway. The Rugby World Cup hired Charles Dance to give players a rousing locker room speech. It may be Dance in the spot, but all we see is Tywin Lannister -- just like those cunning ad execs planned. (Dammit, the #brands win again!)

The unquestioned highlight of the speech from Lannister Dance has to be where he tells players to give their all in the tournament, or else risk a lifetime of regret over the time they didn't "turn up" for the Rugby World Cup. We can just imagine him telling son Tyrion to "turn up," but the imp's got that covered.

Meanwhile, fans of New Zealand's top-ranked rugby team are ticked off that the All Blacks were left out of the ad completely. Maybe they can have a pity party with Hodor, who sadly won't be appearing in the show's next season.
