It's one of the biggest live-streamed events this year: in a matter of minutes, YouTube will go live with the U2 Rose Bowl concert video stream on the Official U2 Channel (update: stream now live, show starts at 9pm PT). The stream will be available in 16 countries and could see hundreds of thousands - perhaps millions or more - flocking to the site. It's a massive technical challenge, but if anyone can handle that load, it's Google.

The live streaming event, which begins on Sunday, October 25th at 8:30 PM PT, will be available in 16 countries. The live feed will be available on the U2 Official Channel, and feature a live Twitter feed of chatter about the concert, exactly like what the company did for its full-length viewing of Taxi Driver.
