In Paris, a taxi war has been brewing for months -- but it's just taken a step further. After France's top administrative canceled the required waiting time of 15 minutes for private car services, thousands of regular taxis have been striking in and around the city. Private hires argue the market is big enough for everyone. Bloomberg's Tom Gibson went to find out.
